Extremely well located between the old town of Pollensa and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Can Mariano is a large family villa with 2 bedrooms and private pool, surrounded by stunning gardens with palm trees, shrubs and flowers. Furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, this villa offers particularly comfortable interiors and well maintained outdoor areas perfect for unforgettable holidays under the Mallorcan sun close to the best sandy beaches of the island. The villa is extremely well located along a country lane, a few minutes drive away from Pollensa and the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. Inside, the villa is beautifully furnished in Mallorcan style and features exposed pine beams. Entrance via the main door is onto an open plan dining room and American style kitchen (the kitchen is fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer). A door leads outside to the covered terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining. On the ground floor there is also a lounge area which again has double doors opening onto the covered terrace, gardens and large pool. The lounge has a plasma screen sat TV, wi-fi internet, DVD player and comfortable chairs and sofa. Off the dining room there is a small hallway, which leads to a twin bedroom (air.conditioned) with satellite TV and a bathroom which has a hydromassage shower as well as a bathtub.Off the lounge, there is a staircase leading up to a further double bedroom (air-conditioned) with sat TV and a bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a spacious terrace overlooking the mountains. One of the most unique features of Villa Can Mariano, are for sure the extensive gardens, with mature trees, shrubs, palm trees and flowers. There are delightful sitting areas all around the garden areas where guests can enjoy the views or chill out pampered by the gentle Mallorcan breeze.
