Can Seguinot Mercer is an elegant and charming stone-built villa with private pool, perfectly located less than 5 min drive away from the sandy beaches and facilities of Puerto Pollensa. Inside, Can Seguinot Mercer is set over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, as well as a double bedroom with bathroom. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, dvd player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essentials for a full self catering holidays (a washing machine is also available in a separate utility room).Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a twin bedroom and bathroom are available. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers to its guests beautifully kept gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is set at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sun. It is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds provided. The private swimming pool is particularly large for a property of this size, and it measures 10m x 4m (depth 1.30m – 2.20m). A built-in tone barbecue as well as outdoor dining are are also available for the guests to enjoy. Private parking within the premises.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
