French doors open out on to a large covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and the countryside beyond. Also off the entrance hall and on the left hand side, is the fully fitted kitchen. Three steps up from the lounge is a twin bedroom.

A corridor from the lounge/dining room leads to a further twin bedroom and a shower room on the right and a double bedroom with en suite shower room on the left.

At the end of the hallway, there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a separate walk-in shower) and doors to terrace.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the landing and first floor, which consists of a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with separate walk in shower) and a games room with billiard table.

Both the twin bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool below.
