Villa Canaveret is located in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca. The northwest corner of Mallorca is undoubtedly one of its most beautiful regions, a world away from the more populated tourist resorts. Villa occupies an enviable position in the heart of the countryside yet is only a few kilometers from the lovely historic town of Pollensa as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom along with private swimming pool. The one-storey villa is a traditional stone building with the main entrance leading into an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. Includes two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) as well as a family bathroom with bath and shower. The combined living and dining area has comfortable seating, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player. There is a patio door from the living area open onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen features are granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Villa Canaveret has two air conditioned bedrooms, first bedroom is air conditioned with 2 single beds and second bedroom is air conditioned with a double bed. Villa has one bathroom, it is a bath with shower. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included. Outside, Villa Canaveret has all the ingredients needed for a relaxing family holiday. A dining table and chairs are shaded from the sun, accompanied with a brick BBQ perfect for enjoying a traditional Spanish meal, alfresco style. For the sun worshipers there is space to relax by the pool on 1 of the loungers and make the most of the warm weather. The well-kept gardens are fully enclosed with hedging and shrubs.
