Casa Coll stands proudly in the historical center of Pollensa, offering a wide array of shops restaurants, bars just a few steps away. Surprisingly large, airy and welcoming, Casa Coll can sleep up to 6 guests in air-conditioned interiors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, welcoming lounges and wide terraces / patios. With the added bonus of a small garage (for cars up to 4m in length) parking will not even be a problem despite the extremely central location!

The house is set over 2 floors and retains many original Mallorca features, carefully mixed with modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with separate kitchen (fully equipped) and access to a superb outdoor patio, partially shaded, also housing a useful barbecue, dining facilities and ping-pong table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all doubles and pleasantly furnished, together with 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). On the upper floor, a wide furnished terrace, runs all along the property for an unforgettable outdoor living experience. The house is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, air-conditioning in the bedrooms of the upper floor (at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Information to note:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
