Casa Leon is a fabulous house in the heart of the sought-after town of Pollença. This welcoming property is a great gem to be discovered.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with all the comodities, attention to detail and exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully-fitted kitchen as well as a patio with Jacuzzi and a BBQ. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated Jacuzzi for supplement of 18€/day, minimum 3 consecutive days. (available from October-May)
On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double. The twin has an en-suite shower room. The cherry on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seats to enjoy the views to the town and mountain range.
This is definitely a very strong addition to our porfolio, and certainly not a property one wants to miss!

Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
