Villa Casa Pepe is delightful 4 bedroom property built in a traditional style. The wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls add to the charm of the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms is included Set in the Pollensa countryside in the La Font area, Pollensa Old Town is just a 5 minute drive away with a great choice of restaurants and bars. Drive a little further and you'll reach the sandy shores of Puerto Pollensa. The villa is accessed from a narrow country lane leading to off-road parking for up to 2 hire cars. The front door opens in to the kitchen. The open plan living and dining area is furnished with a mix of modern and traditional styles creating a countryside feel. The space is bright and airy with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a stone feature fireplace. The dining area is up a step with patio doors opening out to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your holiday meals and there is also a small breakfast table. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Patio doors open directly on to the covered terrace and 2 alfresco dining areas - great for grabbing a cold drink while relaxing by the pool. There is also a laundry room which can only be accessed through the garage. On the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, which share access to a separate shower room. There is also a second shower room on this floor which can only be accessed through the garage and laundry rooms. Upstairs you'll find a second double bedroom with en suite shower room and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. All the rooms are bright and airy with traditional terracotta flooring The inviting private pool is surrounded by a grass lawn with mature trees adding privacy and shade. Sunbeds offer the perfect spot to relax in between refreshing dips in the pool.
