With a capacity for 6 people, the villa has 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, making it the ideal refuge for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, surrounded by natural beauty and comfort.

The exterior of Villa Colonya has been designed to enjoy the outdoors in total privacy. It features a beautiful and extensive garden that invites relaxation, with a private pool, perfect for cooling off during the warm summer days. Additionally, the covered terrace with a dining table offers the ideal place to enjoy delicious outdoor meals while admiring the surrounding nature. The outdoor area also has a cosy sitting area, perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the environment.

For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the villa offers a fully equipped barbecue, with sink, stove, kitchen shelves and more, making it the perfect space to organize family or friends' dinners in the garden.

Kitchen:

Villa Colonya's kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare the best meals. From the kitchen, you can enjoy views of the outdoor dining area and the pool, making the cooking experience even more pleasant.

Air conditioning and other services:

Air conditioning is available free of charge in the bedrooms from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure your comfort throughout the day and night. Additionally, the tourist tax is included in the price, making your stay even more convenient and without surprises.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
