There's a private gated parking area at the side of the house with a pathway leading to the entrance porch. A traditional door with wrought iron features opens into the central hallway. The lounge area has traditional wooden furnishings and a high ceiling with exposed beams. The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. Through a traditional Majorcan archway, you go into the dining area. There are patio doors from both rooms open onto the covered dining terrace overlooking the pool. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen is adjacent, with a breakfast table, pantry and access to the garden. The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor of the villa is a double bedroom with patio doors that open onto the garden, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included. A wooden staircase from the dining room leads up to the remaining twin bedroom, which is on a mezzanine level, with magnicent views. The private swimming pool and spacious gardens face south, ensuring a good amount of sun throughout the day. With a large lawn, palms surrounding the pool, this is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The BBQ is by the poolside, it is a brick BBQ with a sink and plenty of preparation space. There are tables and chairs for alfresco dining day or night. As well as a comfortable chill out seating area can be found on the covered terrace.
