Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

The finca is very beautiful. Absolutely adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable.

Please note that while we are cleaning the villas, we open them to air them out, which helps maintain freshness. On colder days, this can also cause the indoor temperature to drop.

During our stay we briefly had no hot water. Despite the public holiday, we were helped quickly. Someone came out and looked at the problem.
We were probably the first guests of the year. It was very, very cold on our arrival and there were only two mini heaters that didn't really generate any heat. There is a fireplace in the living room, but it's not allowed to be used. So it would be great if fan heaters or similar were provided, especially at the start of the season.

The lack of air conditioning didn't bother us, but insect screens would have been ideal for that! The access road to the house is in very poor condition and bumpy.

Value for money good.
It's very close to Pollença, the supermarkets and the road to places of interest. As a nice surprise, there's one more bathroom than the listing's information indicates.
It doesn't have air conditioning, and in the garden, besides a pool, there's a pond with quite a few frogs that get into the pool. Every day we take a couple of frogs out of the pool

Paradise in Pollenca
We loved this villa, it was perfect for us, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches but private and quiet. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca!

Relaxing holiday
The tranquility of the place, well located just 2 minutes' drive from a supermarket. The garden is exceptional, with lots of trees and a ping pong table (rackets too). The pool is great. House very well equipped and the welcome kits are well stock
It's a shame the pond behind the garden isn't maintained, it attracts mosquitoes. No pool protection for children. The house needs a little refresh.
