Overview

Cuxach Mateu is located within walking distance of the Old Town of Pollensa where there are numerous café bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a weekly Sunday morning farmer's market. The long sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also within easy driving distance. The villa is modern and comfortable and includes air-conditioned bedrooms aiding a good nights' sleep after lazy days by the pool, or out and about exploring the island. The well fitted kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, making evenings clearing away very easy. Sliding patio doors from the lounge open out onto the welcome shaded terrace, offering a lovely spot to relax with a book or a cooling drink whilst taking in the pretty gardens and sparkling swimming pool.

Nice house in Mallorca. Walking distance to Pollenca which is a really nice old town with some great restaurants. House was a bit closer to the road than we had thought (our bad). Not a big issue.

Sehr schöne Villa, mit guter Lage. Sind gerne hier hergekommen und hatten eine super Zeit.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der lange Online-Check in (bei 4 Personen hat dies über 30 Minuten gebraucht) und die vielen Moskitos in der Unterkunft.

The House and the pool is very nice
Mid stay cleaning could be much better. Seemed to be only chance of towels. Would have expected pool towels to be included

Ich und fünf Freundinnen verbrachten fünf Tage in dieser schönen Villa und waren äußerst zufrieden mit der ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die nächstgelegene Stadt war 25min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Lidl (10min. zu Fuß) war echt praktisch. Der Pool und der Ping-Pong-Tisc
