Cuxach Mateu

Cuxach Mateu is located within walking distance of the Old Town of Pollensa where there are numerous café bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a weekly Sunday morning farmer's market. The long sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also within easy driving distance. The villa is modern and comfortable and includes air-conditioned bedrooms aiding a good nights' sleep after lazy days by the pool, or out and about exploring the island. The well fitted kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, making evenings clearing away very easy. Sliding patio doors from the lounge open out onto the welcome shaded terrace, offering a lovely spot to relax with a book or a cooling drink whilst taking in the pretty gardens and sparkling swimming pool.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
