Villa Es Refugi is a small paradise of privacy surrounded by idyllic gardens that provide a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The exterior of the villa features an impressive swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful plants that create the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Around it, a terrace equipped with chairs, loungers, and umbrellas invites you to spend long hours in the sun while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.

The covered terrace is another of the villa's charms. Here, you’ll find a barbecue and a dining table where you can host delicious outdoor meals. This area is decorated in a rustic style, in harmony with the local style, and features a space specially designed to enjoy the fresh air, read a book, or have a pleasant conversation while overlooking the pool in an idyllic setting.

Inside, the villa is characterized by its decor that reflects the essence of rural Mallorca, blending elegance and comfort. The spacious kitchen with a dining table is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends, and the three bedrooms, along with two bathrooms, can accommodate up to six people, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. Air conditioning is available in the rooms during the hottest hours of the day (from 14:00 to 16:00) and at night (from 20:00 to 08:00), ensuring a perfect rest.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
