To the right of the entrance hall, there is a lovely dining room with a kitchen (including a breakfast bar). On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. A wide staircase leads to the first floor, which has a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a separate shower.

In the exterior, there is a built-in barbecue covered with a long table and chairs that can easily accommodate 8 people to enjoy a delicious meal together. There is also a fridge and a sink available. Next to the barbecue area, there is a toilet and a laundry room.

The pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and has a jacuzzi. It has a teak terrace on one side, lawn on both sides and a stone patio that runs along the other end. The covered terrace near the barbecue area is furnished with sofas and chairs and there is also a stone sitting area with comfortable cushions and a billiard table.
