The exterior is carefully designed to ensure a complete relaxation experience, with a refreshing pool, sun loungers, and a large garden where you can enjoy the Mallorcan breeze. Next to the pool, you'll find a cozy shaded chill-out area, perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or simply enjoying the company. On the other side, also in the shade, there is an outdoor dining area with a table, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals in a peaceful environment. Also, the villa has table tennis table.

Inside, the villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing space and privacy for up to 8 people. The open-plan design of the common areas allows for comfortable living without sacrificing privacy. The villa's style follows a boho chic aesthetic, combining traditional Mallorcan elements with modern, balanced touches. The spacious kitchen, fully equipped, opens directly onto the terrace, where you'll also find a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying a delicious grill with friends and family.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
