Set amongst extensive gardens with mature trees and flowers, the spacious Villa Gallardo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Provided with a large private swimming pool and superb views over the surrounding countryside up to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location close to Pollensa's golf course, the old town of Pollensa (which is just 3km away) and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

A pleasant driveway leads up to the villa and its front covered terrace. The terrace has been furnished with contemporary seating and dining facilities, a lovely contrast to the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls. Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The front door leads into a spacious lounge with dining and kitchen area, featuring impressive exposed wooden beams, arched doorways and pretty picture windows providing natural light as well as pleasant views. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated using soft, pastel colors. The kitchen is equipped with dining table and chairs and there are doors leading out to an extensive terrace with tables, chairs and barbecue - perfect for outdoor dining. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all pleasantly decorated and furnished: one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a family shower room. The villa is air-conditioned.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs. The large private swimming pool also features a pleasant wooden decking area perfect for sunbathing. For the comfort of the guests, there is also table tennis as well as a lovely large olive tree, which provides welcome shade from the midday sun.

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

We spent two lovely weeks here, the location is great and very private, the proximity to Pollença very pleasant. We could live well with the noise level of the street, although perhaps it was also due to the time of year, as it wasn't very busy.
