Villa Gerreria is a charming Mallorcan stone-built villa, full of charme and character. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra WC, as well as extensive gardens with private pool and can easily accommodate up to 5 guests. Surrounded by extensive private gardens with lawn and mature trees, this villa is the ideal choice for all those guests wanting peace and relaxation in close proximity to the old town of Pollensa and its golf course, yet being in easy reach (less than 10 minutes drive away) from the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been finished with taste and style making wide use of traditional pieces to provide to the property an unique Mallorcan feeling. The ground floor accommodates a large open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen/dining area, a WC and a laundry room. The lounge with comfortable sofas and beautiful stone walls, is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, wi-fi internet. The spacious kitchen, with its beautiful marble top and sink, is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom (air-conditioned) and a single bedroom, with the latter two sharing a family bathroom. The bedroom have been once again carefully finished and furnished to match the local traditions and provide to the guests all the comforts necessary for an unforgettable holiday.

The outdoor areas of Villa Gerreria are a true delight. Spacious and well landscaped, the gardens offer plenty of opportunities to sunbath or to relax under the shade of mature trees in privacy and peace. Guests can dine under the shade of an inviting pergola (brick built barbecue is provided), or chill out in the private pool enjoying beautiful views over the Tramuntana mountains. The large private pool measures 7.5m x 4.1m (depth 1m - 1.8m) and access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for all the guests.

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
