Villa Gotmar is in a great central location, the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all only 15 minutes' walk away. This popular and lively resort has a huge choice of contemporary bistros, cafes and gift shops all overlooking its huge sandy beach and marina. Within ten minutes of the house, you can be browsing the craft shops in Pollensa’s pretty cobbled streets, sipping coffee at a table in the main square or climbing the 365 steps to the Calvari church for its magnificent views.

This pleasant 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and brick BBQ, as well as a view of the Tramuntana Mountain in the distance. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms are included.

There is a private off-road parking area for your hire car, with 3 steps up to the entrance at the front of the house.

The living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the raised covered terrace overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen leads into a second dining area with a door onto the BBQ terrace, and also has access to a pantry and utility room. The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Villa has a double bedroom with patio doors onto the covered terrace. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom and shower room. All 3 bedrooms are fresh and airy, with plenty of storage space

Outside, the villa has a small lawn area and terracing with ample space to sunbathe. The raised part of the terrace is partially covered providing shade for the alfresco eating area and games tables. Around the far side of the villa is the brick BBQ and a second table and chairs. The grounds are fully enclosed and surrounded by hedging for a good degree of privacy.

Villa Gotmar can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
