Villa Guaita is in a great countryside position, a short drive from Pollensa Old Town. The old town has a choice of excellent restaurants and shops, plus the facilities and beaches of both Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are nearby too. This charming 3 bedroom house has superb views over the open countryside to the mountains, as well as a spacious lawn-ed garden. You'll also have WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms included. The villa grounds are gated from the lane, with plenty of private parking space. The main entrance is at the front of the house The lounge is open plan with the dining area, and has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and an ornamental brick fireplace. Adjacent kitchen is well equipped, with a smaller breakfast table, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Also it has access to the exterior dining terrace. On the far side of the lounge is a small hallway leading into the BBQ pavilion. On the ground floor is a shower room and a large twin bedroom. The second twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the hall. This double bedroom has patio doors onto a spacious sun terrace which overlooks the open countryside to the mountains. From the sun terrace, steps lead down to the poolside by the BBQ pavilion. Next to the house there is a nice covered terrace where you will find a small table and chairs. The largest dining table is at the front of the house. At the back there is a room with a barbecue, a table and chairs. Villa Guaita can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
