Inside, you’ll find interiors in the traditional Majorcan style, featuring tiled flooring and local ceramics. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for rustling up those tasty dishes and overlooks an in-built seating area and a wooden dining table with chairs. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Down 3 steps lead to the sunken area with authentic Majorcan seating and fabrics. A door from here opens onto the covered terrace and pool area. Adjacent to the villa is a utility room which can only be accessed externally. On the ground floor you’ll find a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and a set of patio doors which open on to the terrace, perfect for a morning refreshing dip. Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite shower room and doors which open onto a balcony. Ideal for enjoying an evening drink admiring the surrounding views. The private swimming pool is 3 steps up from the spacious terrace surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs and tall palm trees. You'll find a brick BBQ by the pool and 4 steps up is a shaded terrace housing a dining table with chairs, perfect for those alfresco meals in true Spanish style.
