Villa Ignaci is the perfect haven of privacy and tranquillity for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Outside you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool overlooking the mountains, prepare meals on the barbecue and enjoy the terrace. The indoor area is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Although the villa is in a quiet area, just 10 minutes drive away is the colourful town of Alcudia and its diverse gastronomic and entertainment options, also 10 minutes away is the beautiful beach of Alcudia.
Please note that air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Pleasant little house with basic equipment in a beautiful setting. Wonderful to sit outside in the evenings with a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains. The barbecue/outdoor kitchen was a nice bonus. The beds were a bit on the hard side. On arrival there was a package from the Seavilla chain with a limited number of bin bags/dishwasher tablets/small soaps. In particular the small bottles of soap were quite scarce and not very practical, especially if you stay a bit longer.
