Despite this feeling of complete seclusion, the charm of Pollença is very close by. A pleasant 20-minute walk along a private path takes you directly to the cafés, restaurants, and markets of the old town of one of Mallorca’s most beautiful villages.

Outside, the property invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The large 8 x 4 metre private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded relaxation areas, while the tennis court blends harmoniously into the landscape. For social moments, the covered porch offers an elegant space for outdoor dining and enjoying meals prepared on the brick barbecue.

Ground floor

Inside, the villa offers spacious communal areas and cosy private corners.

The ground floor features a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area, and direct access to the furnished terraces and pool area. It also includes a bathroom with an outdoor shower.

First floor

All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, providing a pleasant separation between the social and private areas of the house. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two have single beds.

Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has access to a nearby additional bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, ideal for young children, and the other two feature walk-in showers.

To ensure maximum comfort, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. In addition, the house is equipped with a Smart TV and high-speed Starlink WiFi connection of approximately 400 Mbps, ensuring excellent connectivity throughout the property.
