La Rovina Tramuntana

Villa La Rovina Tramuntana offers stunning views of the majestic mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Located in a quiet and secluded area, the villa enjoys a serene environment, yet only 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, where you can enjoy bars, restaurants, flea markets and a wide variety of activities. In addition, in just 10 minutes by car you can access the beach and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Puerto de Pollensa.

This beautiful 4-bedroom house features a large private pool, an authentic stone exterior and an elegantly designed interior. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The villa also has a private parking area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfort, while the laundry room is located at the back of the villa.

Distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms that share a separate bathroom, conveniently located next to the living room. Upstairs, there are the remaining double bedroom and the single bedroom, both with stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Also on this floor, you will find 2 separate shower rooms located next to the corridor.

Outdoor spaces

The exterior of the villa is a true retreat, with a spacious private pool, a large sunny terrace and lawned gardens surrounded by the Pollensa hills. The views of the imposing Tramuntana Mountains are spectacular. You will have all the space you need to sunbathe or enjoy a delicious meal outside, cooked on your own brick barbecue. In addition, there is a pleasant covered seating area on the front terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the views of the pool and gardens.

Villa La Rovina Tramuntana can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition, on request, a travel cot and highchair are offered free of charge, making it an ideal option for families.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
