Lera

Lera is a sweet villa, built in thick Mallorcan stone, located within walking distance to the delightful old town of Pollensa. A great effort has been put into the design and decor, both inside and outside the property, to combine top quality furnishings with modern details and amenities for an unforgettable holiday under the shining Mallorcan sun.

A covered terrace leads into the open-plan lounge/dining room, stylishly decorated in a contemporary style, with bright colours, including a large round dining table. The dining room leads to the kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with all the most modern amenities (including a marble “island” in the middle with top quality cooker). There is also a brand new oven together with a large fridge/freezer. Doors lead out directly from here to the covered terrace and pool - perfect for entertaining al fresco. The villa has a double bedroom with en suite showeroom, a twin bedroom, a family shower room and a utility room with washing machine. As for the other areas of the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been finished to the highest standard.

Outside, the uniquely designed, curved pool and patio is surrounded on three sides by lawn and is a perfect spot for relaxing while enjoying the fabulous views of the unspoilt countryside and mountains. A brick built barbecue with sink and food preparation area is also available for the guests to enjoy delicious meals al-fresco.

The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00.
