Sweet and welcoming, Villa Lidia is a truly perfect holiday home, which meets all the requirements for a joyful and relaxing holiday in Mallorca. With a large private pool and an ideal location near Puerto Pollensa, Villa Lidia can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and cozy interiors, full of natural light and soft colors. The gardens and large pool, ideal for families, complement the environment.

Inside, the villa is spread over one floor, making it the ideal option for families. The adjoining living room has comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people, Wi-Fi internet access and satellite TV with free channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher). There are 4 cozy bedrooms, all carefully decorated. 2 of them (with air conditioning) have a double bed and a private bathroom (with bath and shower). The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds (one of them with air conditioning) and share a large family bathroom with a shower.

Outside, Villa Lidia offers its guests a beautiful and beautiful garden with swimming pool, large shaded terraces and a large 9.5 x 4 m pool. The pool attracts the sun all day long and is equipped with 8 comfortable sun loungers. Large terraces and mature trees provide shade when needed. For lovers of outdoor dining, there's a dining area and barbecue next to the pool, along with a pleasant living room perfect for enjoying a glass of wine when the sun goes down.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
