Malagarba Den Mig

Set in an excellent location and enjoying a countryside setting with lovely views, Villa Malagarba den Mig is a modern property finished to a very high standard. The villa sits just outside the old town of Pollensa and only a short drive away from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa.

The villa is set over one floor and has been modernly furnished, with top-of-the-range equipments. The entrance door leads into a bright, airy and modern open plan lounge/dining area with comfy sofas. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and enjoying lovely views over the swimming pool and surrounding local countryside. The modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen has breakfast bar and a door leading out to the terrace. All three bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom (with walk-in shower) and the stylish double bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a further utility room with washing machine that also houses a walk in shower and WC.

From the terrace, breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, old town of Pollensa and the Bay of Pollensa in the distance can be enjoyed. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds, extensive paved terraces for sunbathing and is surrounded by gardens with lawn. A great spot for outdoor living!

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
