Lovely stay. Great location. Big outdoor space. House was perfect size. Of course a second bathroom would be ideal. Welcome packs and towels could do with an upgrade. Lots of cats so worth noting.

The house is really nice. The outdoor area with the pool is clearly the best part of the house - a large pool with warm water, a cosy sofa corner and outdoor shower. The house is a bit small, but suited a family of 5 well. Good air conditioning in every room. The kitchen lacks quite a bit of equipment, but has the basics. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen on arrival, but we bought an ant trap which solved the problem. There were some challenges with the water, but Sealand Villas were quick to get it fixed. There are lots of cats around the house. The house is perfectly located in relation to Pollensa town, Pollensa Port and Alcudia.
