Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Lovely stay. Great location. Big outdoor space. House was perfect size. Of course a second bathroom would be ideal. Welcome packs and towels could do with an upgrade. Lots of cats so worth noting.

Huset er rigtig fint. Udeområdet med poolen er klart det bedste ved huset - stor pool med varmt vand og hyggeligt sofahjørne og udendørsbruser. Huset er lidt småt, men passede fint til en familie på 5. God aircon i alle rum. Køkkenet mangler en del udstyr, men har det basale. Der var mange myrer i køkkenet ved ankomst, men vi købte en myredåse, som klarede problemet. Der var lidt udfordringer med vandet, men Sealand Villas var hurtige til at få det fikset. Der er mange katte omkring huset. Huset ligger perfekt i forhold til Pollensa by, Pollensa Port og Alcudia.
