Villa Rafael is in a great countryside location, with excellent mountain views, only 5 minutes' drive from Pollensa Old Town. A good choice of authentic Spanish restaurants and shops can be found in the town square and along the cobbled streets. Plus, the huge sandy beach and fashionable sea-facing restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are also within a short drive. This impressive 3 bedroom villa has a large private pool and includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms. The split-level, open plan living space combines the lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is a table and chairs and a handy breakfast bar, plus a couple of steps down to the comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV and an ornamental stone fireplace. The living area has patio doors opening onto the pool terrace and BBQ house. The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The first floor compromises of a double and twin bedroom which shares a separate shower room. Adjacent to the BBQ house, is access to the annexe which has a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Villa Rafael has magnificent views of the nearby mountainside, which you can enjoy from you very own large private swimming pool and a neat lawn garden. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, or enjoy a game of table tennis. Around the side of the villa is an impressive BBQ house with a dishwasher, microwave, sink and plenty of preparation area.
