Rafaleta

Villa Rafaleta is a charming 2 bedroom traditional style villa set amongst the beautiful Pollensa countryside. The pool area has views of the mountains and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. This fantastic villa has many original features, so you'll be living in a true traditional Spanish style. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms as well as WiFi is included. Less than 5 minutes' drive away you'll find the old town of Pollensa with a selection of traditional restaurants and shops, plus a beautiful historic church. There is plenty of off road parking at the side of the villa on a small patch of land. A set of double gates take you onto the villa grounds. A set of 3 steps down will lead you to the front terrace with the entrance door to your right, which opens onto the living area. The living area has traditional decor, with tiled floors, an ornamental fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV. Three steps down lead you to a dining room with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal after a lazy day spent by the pool. The traditionally style kitchen is fully equipped with a small table and chairs, ideal for your morning coffee. A door from here opens out onto the rear garden near the BBQ area- this means you'll be within easy reach for preparing and enjoying those delicious meals. The utility room is in an outbuilding across from the main entrance of the villa. Villa Rafaleta has 2 comfortable and traditionally furnished bedrooms on the first floor. The double bedroom has a wrought iron four poster bed and a window to the side framing the countryside. The twin bedroom is opposite and up a small set of steps, it has patio doors opening onto a terrace. It’s a great place to unwind as you enjoy those stunning views over the pool and across the mountain tops. Both bedrooms share the facilities of a separate bathroom and an additional shower room can be found on the ground floor. The fantastic private swimming pool is surrounded by raised decking with sun loungers - the perfect place to enjoy views over the countryside to the tops of the mountains. The brick BBQ sits by the poolside with a pleasant covered dining area - great for a cool refreshing drink or two. There is also a further terrace area by the front of the villa with a small table and chairs. Here you can enjoy reading while sipping on a cool refreshment as the sun goes down Villa Rafaleta can sleep up to 4 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
