Villa Rasca is a 2 bedroom house in a fantastic and peaceful location. It's just a short drive (or long walk) of 3.5kms to the sea but for a lazy, sitting around the pool and relaxing villa holiday this beautiful house is ideal. At the front of the villa is a gated private driveway, with parking space. The path from the driveway leads to a small seating area by the entrance, and around the side of the villa to the pool terrace. It's a traditional house, well maintained by the friendly owners and furnished with grace and style. The lounge is bright and airy, with furnishings and a traditional beamed ceiling. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV Kitchen has all the modern amenities for cooking those delicious meals. It has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, both bedrooms are fresh and airy, with plenty of storage space. As well as 2 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms has exterior access The lawn and gardens surrounding the Roman style swimming pool are bordered by privet fencing and overlooked only from the shade of the wonderful dining terrace, ideal for barbecue lunches and evening drinks.
