In a separate annex is the washing machine. From the living room, access is gained to the bathroom with a spacious shower and the double bedroom decorated with style and equipped with built-in wardrobes. Outside, its covered terrace for outdoor dining and a pool area surrounded by lawn and Mallorcan patio stand out, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the climate and views. Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Great landside villa close to Pollenca. Very clean and comfortable, beautiful garden and quiet nature, we had a wonderful holiday week. Would come back for another stay.
Great kitchen equipment, large swimming pool, welcome package included is nice
You need a rental car as this is a residential neighbourhood. Dishwasher is a bit old and doesn't clean dishes perfectly.

The finca is very quietly located in a beautiful, well-kept southern-style garden with olive trees. Screened off by bushes, hedges, and opaque fences to the neighboring properties. Only the birds interrupt the silence. (May 2026)
You have peace and are undisturbed. Functional furnishings. There is, however, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large fridge with a separate freezer compartment is also a great advantage, as is the microwave provided. All appliances worked flawlessly.
The simple key handover via a small number lockbox on the building.
A functional welcome package is provided.
The service team is very nice and helpful. There was a programming error in the pool which was taken care of immediately.

Amazing little Villa
Perfect little villa with private land, perfect location for travelling to local towns.
Pool could have been a bit cleaner but wasn’t an issue. Oven doesn’t work properly

The house is beautiful, the outdoor area is wonderful. Pool and barbecue, a perfect 10. The only thing is that in summer season, due to the surrounding nature, there are mosquitoes; I recommend if you have small children to come well equipped, they do provide some repel

Perfect for a couple. Huge pool for two people, super quiet surroundings, optimal for unwinding. Without a car you can't get anywhere, but you know that in advance. It's simply a little paradise 'in the middle of nowhere.'

Nice holiday at a small, well-kept finca
Overall impression of the accommodation, everything fully functional and well equipped. Well-kept grounds around the finca and a lovely pool and BBQ. We felt very comfortable.
3 minor things: 1) On the BBQ, the coal container should be renewed, it's completely deformed. 2) The wifi info is wrong. It's not in the wardrobe in the bedroom but next to the front door, and the password is hard to read. 3) T
