On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom, a family bathroom and a spacious room with a single bed offering direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The top floor (open plan, accessed via the interior staircase) of the villa is entirely occupied by the main bedroom. With a double bed, a large bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the property. Villa Roser Vell offers the unique advantage of having a cosy private pool. The pool terrace is tiled in beautiful Mallorcan marble, and all facilities are of the highest level. Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. The tourist tax is included in the price.
