Upon entering the villa, visitors find an interior full of character and a welcoming atmosphere full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The high ceilings with exposed wooden beams provide a feeling of spaciousness and luminosity, while the quality finishes raise the level of comfort of the stay. In addition, the villa has a wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an informal meal in a quiet and relaxed environment.

Serelleta has two large and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, becomes a private sanctuary, ideal for resting after a day of exploring Pollensa. The second bedroom, with two single beds, has access to an additional bathroom, well decorated and comfortable, which serves this bedroom and the common areas of the villa.

One of the great jewels of this villa is its fabulous covered terrace. This outdoor space, furnished with comfortable wicker chairs and tables, is the ideal place to relax during the day or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. In the same space there is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining while contemplating the breathtaking view that surrounds the villa. The connection between inside and outside is perfect, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and views at all times.

Down some stairs, you access the garden and private pool, an oasis of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool is large and has a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounded by vegetation and with a serene environment, the pool is the ideal place to take a refreshing bath or simply relax by the water.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, the villa offers air conditioning, available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.

In Mallorca, the use of barbecues and any kind of fire in woodland and recreational areas is prohibited between 1 May and 15 October (the high forest fire risk season). This regulation, governed by the Balearic Islands’ Regional Ministry of the Environment, even applies to stone fire pits provided in public recreational areas
