Siller Roqueta

Villa Roqueta de Siller is an elegant and cosy villa located in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for a peaceful and memorable holiday. With capacity for 6 people, the property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living areas and private gardens that guarantee total privacy. Distributed over two floors, the villa offers a modern design with large windows that fill the spaces with natural light. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds, a family bathroom and a washing machine. The exterior offers Mediterranean gardens, shaded terraces, a brick barbecue and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The air conditioning operates on a scheduled timetable (14:00–16:00 and 20:00–08:00), and the tourist tax is already included in the price. Villa Roqueta de Siller combines privacy, comfort and an excellent location to enjoy the best of Mallorca. Important information to note: In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.
