Villa Roqueta de Siller is an elegant and cosy villa located in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for a peaceful and memorable holiday. With capacity for 6 people, the property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living areas and private gardens that guarantee total privacy. Distributed over two floors, the villa offers a modern design with large windows that fill the spaces with natural light. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds, a family bathroom and a washing machine. The exterior offers Mediterranean gardens, shaded terraces, a brick barbecue and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The air conditioning operates on a scheduled timetable (14:00–16:00 and 20:00–08:00), and the tourist tax is already included in the price. Villa Roqueta de Siller combines privacy, comfort and an excellent location to enjoy the best of Mallorca.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
