Villa Roqueta de Siller is an elegant and cosy villa located in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for a peaceful and memorable holiday. With capacity for 6 people, the property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living areas and private gardens that guarantee total privacy. Distributed over two floors, the villa offers a modern design with large windows that fill the spaces with natural light. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds, a family bathroom and a washing machine. The exterior offers Mediterranean gardens, shaded terraces, a brick barbecue and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The air conditioning operates on a scheduled timetable (14:00–16:00 and 20:00–08:00), and the tourist tax is already included in the price. Beautiful house with a large garden and parking on the property. From the terrace you have a lovely view of the mountains. Great location, the beach promenade and the town centre of Port de Pollença are within a 15-minute walk.

Good location with easy walk into Pollensa. Villa is clean but needs some refurbishment and attention to areas in the garden. There were a lot of mosquitoes but this may have been down to the timing of the visit

Very beautiful house and grounds. We had a relaxing stay. The pool is nicely big and great for cooling off. Unfortunately, you couldn't turn off the pool lighting, which meant that the next morning some insects were floating in it.

Beautiful house, with incredible views. 5 minutes from a supermarket and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca. The only thing we didn't like is that there was a strong smell of damp, especially in the downstairs bathroom.

The location, pool and gardens were amazing and thoroughly enjoyed. The villa was just what we needed but could do with a little updating internally.The pool man and cleaners were friendly and helpful.We will definitely be back and we can’t wait!Thank you
