On the ground floor, the cozy living room, equipped with air conditioning, communicates with the fully equipped kitchen through a door. There is also access to a protected patio, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and a dining area. From here, patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, also with air conditioning, and a family bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two additional bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the other has twin beds and a family bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, the villa has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun in the available hammocks. In addition, there is a dining room next to the pool and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining in a private and well-kept environment.

Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
