The Can Toni Villa is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in the quiet and picturesque rural area of Pollença, which guarantees privacy and serenity. Despite its secluded location, it is only 10 to 15 minutes by car from restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beaches in the area, making it the ideal place to enjoy both the calm of the countryside and proximity to local amenities.

On the ground floor, the villa features a bright and cozy living/dining room, which opens to the exterior through doors that allow direct access to the garden and terrace. The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. On this same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, also with direct access to the exterior, and a full bathroom. A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which provides access to an additional living room, a perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie. On this floor is the master bedroom, a cozy double room with access to a small balcony from which impressive views of the surrounding landscape can be enjoyed, as well as the mountains rising on the horizon. There is also another bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends traveling together, and both rooms share a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests.

The gardens of the villa are simply spectacular, with a well-maintained landscape surrounding the generously sized pool. Around the pool, there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while contemplating the beauty of the natural surroundings and mountain views. Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
