The Can Toni Villa is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in the quiet and picturesque rural area of Pollença, which guarantees privacy and serenity. On the ground floor, the villa features a bright and cozy living/dining room, which opens to the exterior through doors that allow direct access to the garden and terrace. The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. On this same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, also with direct access to the exterior, and a full bathroom. A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which provides access to an additional living room, a perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie. On this floor is the master bedroom, a cozy double room with access to a small balcony from which impressive views of the surrounding landscape can be enjoyed, as well as the mountains rising on the horizon. There is also another bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends traveling together, and both rooms share a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, providing comfort and privacy to guests.

The gardens of the villa are simply spectacular, with a well-maintained landscape surrounding the generously sized pool. Around the pool, there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while contemplating the beauty of the natural surroundings and mountain views. Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

We had two wonderful weeks at Villa Toni. The well-kept Mallorcan-style finca is quietly located in a rural setting. The sounds of the animals created a real holiday feeling. Pool, view and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

The pool was one of the absolute highlights of the finca for us. It had a perfect temperature and offered a wonderfully refreshing cool-down after a sunny day.

During the 'mid-stay cleaning' we would have liked the bathroom floor to be cleaned - but that's complaining at a high level.

Beautiful villa located between Pollença and Alcudia. Plenty of room for our family of 6! Only issue was with the mosquito's - impossible to keep them out and we were eaten alive!! Great holiday and would love to return.

Very quiet, beautiful location. Big house. Great pool. Lovely property. Great for switching off and enjoying time with the family.

The cleaning. In 3 weeks it was only wiped down once, which is definitely too little. Beds and towels were changed twice, which is ok. Lots of ants, but that's what you get in the countryside. You just have to stock up on ant poison yourself.
