Really enjoyed our stay for four nights.

Beautiful little villa. Lovely garden and good sized pool (deep). Great location to visit pollenca from as it’s so close. But very quiet!

We had a small SUV (Peugeot 208) and access and parking is very tight. A larger vehicle would really struggle.

It was a wonderful holiday in this house. Especially noteworthy is the wonderful garden – the most beautiful we've ever had! Unfortunately the pool was a bit cold at 20 degrees. The access is an important note: the house can only be reached with a medium-sized vehicle, since it's very tight around the corner. The house itself is well furnished, the beds are fine and everything is clean and tidy. WiFi and the smart TV worked very well. What we missed were window screens because of mosquitoes (we then got mosquito plug-ins for the sockets), a few hooks here and there, and a vacuum cleaner. Cleaning with the broom was really annoying. Still, it was a great holiday and we can definitely recommend the house. The location is ideal for cyclists: the old town of Pollenca and the harbour/beach were very easy to reach by bike. You can take great trips from this location.

A small paradise

Everything was perfect, the location, the privacy, the garden. The new kitchen appliances. Would definitely return when visiting Mallorca.

Some small stuff to improve would be: a few more pans that function on the new induction cooker ) a topper on the double matras, quite hard now a sitting (bbq) area outside that is useable when it rains (terrace roof) and the temperatures are still nice.

This place is beautiful! Spotlessly clean throughout with immaculately kept gardens.A great location that feels totally secluded yet 5 minutes in each direction takes you into town or to the bustling port. We loved our time here!
