Villa Roma Welcome to your perfect holiday retreat! This charming villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. It also has a spacious garden area equipped for children, where they can enjoy games such as ping-pong, badminton, or pétanque. Outside, a covered terrace, from where you can watch the little ones swimming in the pool, invites you to enjoy unforgettable dinners with family and friends, prepared on the barbecue for your best barbecues. Inside, everything revolves around comfort. You will find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds, one of them with a private bathroom and another with two single beds. A spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub offer all the necessary comfort. The villa is located on a quiet street in the neighbourhood, accessible only to the few local residents, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Just two minutes by car from the iconic town of Pollensa, you can walk through historic cobbled streets, visit its famous art galleries, and enjoy local gastronomy in the town square. Ten minutes by car are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, where you can refresh yourself in the crystal-clear waters or simply take a walk at sunset along the long seafront promenade and enjoy the sea views. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 .

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
