Inside, everything revolves around comfort. You will find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds, one of them with a private bathroom and another with two single beds. A spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub offer all the necessary comfort. The villa is located on a quiet street in the neighbourhood, accessible only to the few local residents, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Just two minutes by car from the iconic town of Pollensa, you can walk through historic cobbled streets, visit its famous art galleries, and enjoy local gastronomy in the town square. Ten minutes by car are the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, where you can refresh yourself in the crystal-clear waters or simply take a walk at sunset along the long seafront promenade and enjoy the sea views. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 .
