A private road leads to the villa, with the swimming pool on the left. This Spanish villa with 2 bedrooms is situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the seafront. With a large private swimming pool and a pleasant garden, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings. Villa Virrey is a short distance from both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional-style living room runs the entire length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides that open directly onto the terrace next to the pool. The dining area is located next to the kitchen entrance, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door leading to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the other side of the living room, there is a living room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Mallorcan decor, with a guest toilet next to the stairs completing the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom features traditional Spanish furniture and built-in wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. The large private swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Virrey. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing.
