Alcudia Beach

Villa Alcudia Beach is right next to the huge bay of Puerto de Alcudia, the center and the elegant marina are only a 10 minute walk away, making it difficult for you to choose where to eat. This charming 4 bedroom villa is fresh and bright, with a pleasant chill out area, a lawned garden and private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included. Renting a car will not be necessary, but if you decide to drive, you will have your own private parking area, as well as plenty of street parking. The path from here leads to the main entrance. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and an ornamental corner fireplace. A door at the far end of the lounge opens onto the covered chill out terrace and garden. An archway connects the lounge to the dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a WC. The 3 twin bedrooms are upstairs, all sharing a separate shower room. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable and bright, with ample storage space. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned garden where you'll have plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. Overlooking the terrace is a covered chill out area with comfortable seating and a small table. There's also chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a brick BBQ.
