Bon Estar apartment' is a quiet apartment recently renovated and decorated with lots of charm, with a beautiful balcony located just 50 meters from the beach, in a quiet area in the Bay of Alcudia.

It is ideal for couples and families who want to relax in a quiet area and enjoy a good vacation on the beach and close to the shopping area of the port of Alcudia with all amenities, it is located on the second floor. The parking on the street is free. And the fantastic terrace of the property is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze on the outdoor sofa or sitting at the table.

It has a double bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a chaiselonge sofa. From the living room you access the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table and a sofa to enjoy the most magical evenings.

The apartment has a flat screen TV, satellite receiver with international channels and free WIFI.

Free air conditioning from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h

The tourist tax is included in the price.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
