Crossing the entrance area, you reach the living and dining room, which has access to the terrace and pool area on the left and to the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads to the 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom offering a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find the garage and laundry room on this level. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the ground floor. There is an additional toilet on the right side of the entrance hall.

The pool is kidney-shaped and surrounded by a beautiful garden, an outdoor shower is next to the pool.
