Marcanada

Villa Marcanada is in a great location, beach, bars and restaurants of Aucanada are all within a 10 minute walk. The main beach, marina, center, old town and water-park of Alcudia can all be reached within a short drive. The villa has a bright and airy interior and the seafront can also be seen from both floors. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included

The grounds are gated from the street, with a pathway and steps leading up to the entrance of the villa, by the pool.

The lounge and dining area are open plan, and have a traditional tiled floor and beamed ceiling. There is a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen which has access to the rear garden. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Downstairs there is a shower room and a twin bedroom with views of the garden. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with views to the rear, and a double bedroom which faces the sea, with magnificent views of the coast. These 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

Also on the first floor, accessed from the hall, is an enclosed terrace area with a large picture window overlooking the swimming pool to the open sea. The terrace has a table and chairs, ideal for dining and enjoying the sea view in its full glory. The raised pool and dining terrace has ample space to sunbathe, with views between the neighboring rooftops of the nearby seafront. A good-sized lawn surrounds the house allowing extra space to relax, or enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. You'll also have your own brick BBQ to prepare alfresco meals.

Villa Marcanada can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
