Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Villa very close to the beach, truly fantastic! With about half an hour's walk you were in Alcudia, where there were lots of nice little places and things to do. Near the house itself, the range of restaurants etc. was a bit less. They are there, but just somewhat fewe

The bathrooms would need renovating again, the locks should be checked again (garden gates and other locks) and a second set of keys would have been nice

Very spacious house in Spanish style with all amenities including a pool and sun loungers. The house's equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is very close to the house.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Minerva! the house was absolutely huge, with 4 good sized double/twin rooms, a massive kitchen with full size oven, fridge and dishwasher along with every single pot, pan, crockery you could ask for. The two bathrooms were
