Roure II

Villa Roure II is a modern and sophisticated villa located in one of Mallorca’s most exclusive areas, just a short drive from vibrant Alcúdia and its stunning sandy beaches. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, spacious terraces, and offering panoramic sea views, the villa combines tranquillity, privacy, and proximity to the island’s main attractions—making it the ideal place for a dream holiday. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread over two spacious floors. The ground floor features a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, two additional bedrooms with double beds, and a family bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and access to a private gym. From this level, guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views that enhance the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Outside, you’ll find a large private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms at fixed hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
