On the ground floor, you will find a wide and bright living room, which has patio doors that open directly to the outdoor terrace, creating a sense of continuity between the interior spaces and the natural environment. Next to the living room, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner.
