The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread over two spacious floors. The ground floor features a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, two additional bedrooms with double beds, and a family bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and access to a private gym. From this level, guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views that enhance the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Outside, you’ll find a large private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms at fixed hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
