It has three well-distributed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Very nice, spacious villa in a great location. Many shops and supermarkets in the local area. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Great holiday - perfect proximity to the beach!

The accommodation is perfect for 6 people, everything you need for a week's holiday! The pool is amazing! It's a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to the beach. Perfect all round!

Amazing location, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from a supermarket and 40 minute walk to the town center (or 10 minute taxi)
