Villa Verd

Villa Verd can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all within walking distance of the beach, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the need for a car. The villa offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, large windows that give access to the outdoor terrace, and a dining room with a long table, ideal for family meals. From the dining room, there is access to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious local dishes.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 additional bathroom. The terraces, both covered and uncovered, offer the perfect space to relax, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a built-in barbecue, ideal for memorable alfresco dinners. With the beach just a short walk away, don't hesitate to make your reservation.

To ensure the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 16:00, and from 20:00 to 08:00.

The tourist tax is already included in the price.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
