Flat Sivella II has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right on the doorstep!

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a terrace and an additional solarium on the roof.

The interior of the flat is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide an even better holiday experience. Due to its location in a corner plot, the flat is full of natural light throughout the day, giving a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire flat is air-conditioned.

Large patio doors lead out onto the front terrace which offers stunning views of the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa.

Stairs lead up to the roof terrace, a private area with sensational views and additional space. For the convenience of our guests, a car is not necessary, but there is a private car park (gates) on the premises available free of charge.
