Beachfront Apartment Simar is a “super-central” 4-bedroomed apartment perfectly located on the well known beachfront promenade “Passeig Saralegui” of Puerto Pollensa. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and provided with a stunning sea-facing terrace, this apartment occupies the second floor and offers breathtaking views. A wide array of restaurants, bars, shops, beaches is within easy walking distance therefore a car is not required.

Inside, the apartment is spacious, airy and modernly furnished to offer a great holiday experience with unbeatable value for money. The spacious lounge/dining area has direct access to the panoramic terrace and large windows allowing to enjoy the views from any angles. The fully equipped kitchen also offers breathtaking views to the sea via the large windows. There are 4 bedrooms on total, all air-conditioned and tastefully decorated. They are respectively 2 doubles and 2 twins, and share 2 large family bathrooms with bathtub + shower over. Air-conditioning is included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
